The wait period is three months after registration for healthcare coverage to begin. The beneficiaries receive a CareCard which is to be produced while visiting a doctor or a hospital.

One can obtain temporary health insurance through a private insurance company during the wait period of MSP.

Education in British Columbia


Public schooling for all children under 16 is free and generally begins at age five. Most children stay in school until they finish high school.

Weather in British Columbia
